Description: This seminar takes a look at the characteristics of the commonly used yarns that weavers use in order to help weavers make better choices for the cloth they want to create. It will exam such things as using a burn chart, scanning electron images of the fibres, discuss spinning methods and how they affect the nature of the yarn we use.
