Carly Jayne

Carly Jayne is a rigid heddle weaver with a focus on multi-heddle techniques and complex structures. She holds a Fine Arts degree in fibers and fabrics which focused on using cloth as a fine art medium to tell stories. Her passion is in spinning, surface design (embroidery and dye work), color, local fibers, spinning, and garment construction. She is especially passionate about supporting students who are eager to go beyond the basics, and she aims to guide weavers on their own personal weaving journeys-particularly those searching for experimental, hard-to-find instruction in rigid heddle weaving.
