Volunteer Registration is open and waiting for you. Please make sure you sign up by May 26 when registration closes!
Take a look at the calendar of volunteer opportunities below to see what fits your schedule. When you’re ready to sign up, the next step is to edit your registration. Look for email from: “Conference Registrar”, subject line “[ANWG 2025 Conference] Registration Confirmation”. Click the link in it to see your Confirmation Page, then click “Edit my Registration” to add volunteer sessions.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Sessions (after Seminars, Meetings and Activities) to find the volunteer offerings. The volunteer schedule groups are organized by day of the week or function, so scan the list. Click on the + sign for each section to see the individual slots. Please read the headings carefully. Choose your preferred area named in the title, the job type, and your time slot. Most shifts are 2 hours long, a few are 3 hours long. Feel free to sign up for more than one time slot!
