The website has great resources for the ongoing events. The Conference Daily Schedule shows all the main points for the week. The Workshop and Seminar Schedules show all the classes relative to one another. There is a Map of the Conference Conference center (which also appears on screens in the main lobby and on paper in registration packets). And the Yakima Valley tab on the site menu has links to pages listing food and activities.

Conference Hours
8:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Conference services open at 8:00 am.
- Load in will take place on the West side of the building facing the Red Lion Inn. Volunteers will direct traffic through the loading area and help with load in.
- Parking is on the East side of the building. After loading, move cars to the other side of the building.
Registration
8:00 am – 10:00am | 12:00 – 1:00 pm | 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Registration hours coincide with breaks in classes.
Info Desk 8:00 – 5:00 pm
- Volunteers check in here. Pick up volunteer aprons.
- Up to the minute volunteer opportunities will be available.
- Carts and Wagons are available for loan.

9:00 am – 4:30 pm
Meeting Circles
8:00 am – 4:00 pm Open meeting spaces have been setup in Lobby 4 and on the Patio at the main entrance. Consider these to be the hangout zones. Volunteers are scheduled to demonstrate intermittently throughout the conference. Conference participants are welcome to bring their own handwork to share. The outdoor Patio is a great place to warm up in the morning and it gets shady in the afternoon.
