If you attend the conference, entering a show will boost your involvement. Through the shows, your work can become part of the conference conversation. There are three shows to choose from: a live fashion show with subsequent exhibit, an open show for all creative fiber endeavors, and a juried show for excellence in woven and interlaced work. All three are also open to ANWG guild members who might not attend the conference.
The Fashion Show will be the Thursday evening kickoff event. It will showcase handwoven, hand felted, and handspun garments. Detailed eligibility requirements are listed on the Fashion Show information page.
The Fashion Show Entry Form is open for applications. Deadline for entries is May 1, 2025.
The Open Show accepts all submissions in the fiber arts. Anything goes! This is a great opportunity to get your work in front of a regional audience.
The Juried Show seeks high quality interlaced work for review by Madelyn van der Hoogt. Submissions that are accepted will be subject to a final jury at the conference with monetary awards.
Online entry forms for the Open and Juried Shows will be available on Saturday, February 1.
