Marilyn Romatka has a passion for Folk Art. She has been teaching both children and adults to spin, weave, and make many other ethnic crafts for many years throughout the nation. She has a strong drive to see that traditional skills are passed on to the next generation. Her educational background in science gives her a clear, sequential teaching style; her passion for fiber-arts gives the class zing! Students in her classes laugh and learn in a relaxed atmosphere. She likes to say she has the best job in the world; traveling to various countries, gathering folk art techniques, then returning to the US to teach enthusiastic students!
