Complete and submit this form to apply for the Open Show Exhibit. Deadline for receipt of entries is April 25, 2025. See the Open Show Exhibit page for eligibility requirements. Entry is not complete until application and photos have been submitted AND Entry Fee has been paid.
It’s recommended that you review the form and all the questions before beginning to fill it out. This will help ensure that you have all required information available and prevent you from having to fill out the form multiple times before submitting your responses. Open Show Entry Submission
Open Show Photo Submission
Entry must be accompanied by at least two photos in pdf or jpeg format. Photo files must be less than 10 mb in size. One image must show the entire item, and the other must be a closeup of the woven cloth. Images must be clear and of good quality. If the images are not acceptable, entrant may be asked to resubmit or be rejected. Refer to the article in the Sept/Oct 2023 issue of Handwoven by Kelly Casanova or a summary of that article by Gretchen Schlomann of Whidbey Weavers Guild) on the Working with Photos page.
Repeat this process for each photo submitted. A maximum of 5 photos is allowed.
Open Show Entry Fees
The entry fee is $5.00 US per item and must be submitted along with an online entry submission. (NOTE: Credit card payments are processed by PayPal, but a PayPal account is not required.)
