Complete and submit this form to apply for the Juried Show Exhibit. Deadline for receipt of entries is April 25, 2025. See the Juried Show Exhibit page for eligibility requirements. Entry is not complete until application and photos has been submitted AND Entry Fee has been paid.

It’s recommended that you review the form and all the questions before beginning to fill it out. This will help ensure that you have all required information available and prevent you from having to fill out the form multiple times before submitting your responses. Also, be sure to have your photos ready to upload.     List the weaving structure and pattern source, name the fiber used in both the warp and the weft, including fiber content if handspun, and loom used.

    Description: Please tell us in 200 words or less what inspired you to create this piece. Note: this description or part of this description will go on the ANWG website during the conference and be accessible by a QR code only from the Juried Show Exhibit.

    Entry forms must be submitted with clear photos in pdf or jpeg format. (jpeg is preferred.) Three photos are advised, to be labeled 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc. Include one image of the entire entry and at least one close up for pattern detail and another for finishing details. Any label including your name or business must not be shown. Label each photo with the name of the piece only and a number, such as "Doodle 1", "Doodle 2", and "Doodle 3". Images become the property of SWG and ANWG.

    Delivery

    You are responsible for getting your entry to and from the Yakima Convention Center Juried Show Exhibit. Your entry must be finished and ready to display. Clothing hangers will be supplied as appropriate.

    MAIL or SHIP to address shown below. Please include return postage. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing and/or shipping to and from the conference. Entry must be received no later than June 5, 2025 to be included in the exhibit. Mail or ship entries along with a printed copy of the email confirming submission of this form to:

    To apply for inclusion in the Juried Show, submit the entry form by the April 25, 2025 deadline. You will receive a copy of your completed entry form by email when the form is submitted. You will also receive a confirmation email from the Juried Show committee when your entry has been accepted for the exhibit or you will receive an invitation to exhibit in the Open Show.

    By clicking Submit to complete your entry you agree to the following: Entering the 2025 ANWG Conference Juried Show gives ANWG, SWG, and the 2025 Conference Committee permission to photograph your entry and publish the photos on websites. Insurance for items submitted to the 2025 ANWG Conference Juried Show will not be provided by ANWG, SWG, or the ANWG 2025 Conference Committee. Exhibitor is responsible for insuring their own work. Exhibitor agrees to hold harmless the Seattle Weavers Guild (SWG), the Association of Northwest Weavers’ Guilds (ANWG), and the Yakima Convention Center in Yakima, Washington for any damage claims to or loss of clothing, artwork, and/or craft incurred while demonstrating or exhibiting at the 2025 ANWG Conference.

    Juried Show Entry Fees

    The entry fee is $15.00 US per item and must be submitted along with an online entry submission. (NOTE: Credit card payments are processed by PayPal, but a PayPal account is not required.)
