| January 21 – March 23 | Registration | Register for a Conference Package, which is only available during this period, and for all workshops. |

| March 31 – May 26 | Registration | A la carte registration for all seminars, evening events, and workshops; subject to seat availability. |
| April 14 | Registration, Cancellation Deadline | Deadline for Cancellations with refund; Cancellations after April 14 will not receive a refund. See Cancellation Policy and Cancellations in Practice. |
| June 16 – June 21 Conference Week | Registration | A la carte registration for seminars, evening events, and some workshops that have openings but do not require much if any prep work. |
