Our Conference is an exciting mix of workshops, seminars and evening events.
- The Conference Package, available for $425 from January 21 until March 23, offers an exceptional value on three half-day seminars and three evening events.
- The a la Carte registration period (March 31-May 26) allows registrants to purchase seminars for $140. Evening event tickets for registrants and guests will be available as follows: Fashion Show – $35, Vendor Gala – $50, Banquet and Keynote – $60.
- Workshops will be available from January 21 through May 26: One Day – $200, Two-Day – $300, Three-day – $400.
With all these options, it might be difficult to understand how the Cancellation Policy will affect you if you make changes to your registration. In a nutshell, any cancellations or changes made prior to April 15 that generate a refund will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee, and beginning April 15 no refunds.
Refunds are time consuming to process, and require the attention of the registrar, the treasurer and the Conference chair, so our goal is to minimize confusion and help you avoid cancellation fees. The best strategy is to study the educational offerings and be deliberate in your choices so that you won’t change your mind later.
The following chart shows how the cancellation fee would apply in many different scenarios. “Swapping” refers to changes within a single price group. “Cancellations” involve changes between groups with different prices. It doesn’t cover every case, so please email the registrar registrar@anwgconference.org if you have a question about your particular situation.
