Vendor Invite

The Association of Northwest Weavers’ Guilds (ANWG) 2025 Conference Committee invites you to join us for the 2025 ANWG Conference June 16th-21st, 2025 at the Yakima Convention Center, Yakima, WA.

This is your opportunity to promote your products to fiber artists from the Pacific Northwest, Montana, Idaho, and three Canadian provinces. We expect 500 conference guests and more than 40 participating vendors.

The ANWG Marketplace will be open Thursday through Saturday, June 19th-21st. More conference information, including workshops, seminars, events, and exhibits can be found at: https://anwgconference.org. We encourage textile and equipment vendors, manufacturers, publishers, and educators to display and sell at our event.

To apply for your place in the 2025 ANWG Marketplace please complete and submit a Vendor Application.

Applications will be reviewed by our vendor chair and responses mailed within seven days. Booth fees are due 14 days after acceptance. Booth fees may be paid by check or Paypal.

Additional Info:

• Booth Fees: $275 per 10×10’ booth
• Set-up: Thursday June 19th 9am-4pm. Load in instructions will be sent prior to the event. Volunteers will be available to help with unloading.
• Marketplace Preview: Thursday June 19th 4:30-6pm for conference guests
• Open Marketplace Hours: Friday June 20th 9am-5pm, and Saturday June 21st 10am-5pm “Shop ‘Till You Drop” gala event, Friday June 20th 7pm-9pm,
• Breakdown: Saturday June 21st 5pm-9pm. All displays must be removed by 9pm
• Access: Marketplace Hall will be unlocked one hour prior to opening for vendor prep. Vendor booths must remain open and staffed for the duration of marketplace hours.

Booths: Provided: 8’ high pipe and drape in the back, 3’ drape on the sides, and 8’ skirted table. Additional tables, chairs, and power are available directly through our setup vendor, Bear Event Services (Yakima, WA). Wifi is free. On Friday and Saturday volunteers can booth-sit for vendors participating in demos and/or short breaks. Volunteers are not authorized to manage sales and are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Taxes And Insurance:
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting WA State Sales Tax. Vendors must also obtain and maintain Comprehensive General Liability Insurance as stated in the vendor contract.

Special Events:
• Thursday Marketplace Preview – This event is only open to conference attendees! They’ll get a sneak peek at the marketplace, visit favorite shops, indie dyers, and artisans before the marketplace opens to the public.
• Fashion Show: Thursday evening featuring desert, welcome, and garments woven by conference participants.
• “Shop Till You Drop” featuring catered goodies and grand celebration of the market place. Additional details will be sent out as plans are finalized.
• Vendor Demo: Vendors my sign up for a slot (20-60 minutes) to promote a special tool, item, or technique in the Marketplace.
• Open Marketplace Hours: Vendor hall will be open to the public at no charge.
• Keynote Celebration: 7pm, Saturday evening. Robyn Spady, famous NW weaver will deliver a keynote speaker after our formal dinner. Tickets included in conference package.
