Today we jump into the full conference experience. There will be non-stop learning over the next two days in four sessions of seminars. All of the conference exhibits are mounted and the Marketplace is ready to rock. In room G1, Fashion Show garments will be mounted for closer viewing. Stop by the Meeting Circle in Lobby 4 to work on your traveling project. You can expect intermittent, official volunteers to demonstrate and irrepressible enthusiasts to fill the gaps.
Lunchtime just got a lot easier. Today and tomorrow, there will be a lunch concession near the Info Desk in Lobby 3.

Conference Hours
8:00 am – 9:00 pm Conference services open at 8:00 am. In the evening, the Convention Center will be cleared and locked.
ANWG Annual Member Meeting
7:30 – 8:30 am – Location: Room C. This is the open meeting of ANWG Representatives. Members of affiliate guilds are welcome to attend.

Marketplace
9:00 am – 5:00 pm The Marketplace will be open to attendees and the public.

A lunch concession will be stationed in Lobby 3 across from Room D. The MENU will cover gluten free, dairy free, vegan/vegetarian, and low carb…plus plenty of fun sweets. Cash or card accepted.

- 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Guild booths will be on display in Rooms E, F, and Lobby 4.

ANWG Tapestry & History Study Groups
12:00 – 1:00 pm ANWG study groups will meet in Room C.
Towel Time Event
12:00 – 5:30 pm Towel drop off at the towel display in Lobby 3-4 between the two doorways for Room E.
Lavender Sachets
The Conference Committee thanks the North Olympic Shuttle and Spindle Guild members who made the lavender sachets that are an optional stuffer for the conference bags. We already have ours tucked away in our suitcases. For sachet lovers, please accept them in a plastic bag and then enjoy them later in your rooms to protect participants who have severe allergies.
Shop Til You Drop
- Shop Til You Drop is a ticketed event. Please wear your nametag.
- 6:00 pm BBQ buffet dinner with no host bar will be served on the Patio Pavilion, which is outside the main entrance where Registration is stationed. Please do not bring food into the vendor hall.
- 7:00 – 9:00 pm Shopping in the Marketplace.
