There will be a special focus on the final shaping of the garment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Instructor:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/anwgconference.org\/archive\/2025\/flora-carlile-kovacs\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"20672\">Fl\u00f3ra Carlile-Kov\u00e1cs<\/a><br><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 3 day<br><strong>When:<\/strong> <s>Monday &#8211; Wednesday<\/s><br><strong>Level: <\/strong>All<br><strong>Categories:<\/strong> Felting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Supplies that students will bring: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Notebook, pens, pencils to make notes and sketches. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Colored pens or pastel\/oils can be helpful for planning the garment and making design choices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Tape measure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Super sharp scissors &#8211; It is challenging and it requires patience to cut silk free hand. Good scissors are the key to success. I like using tailor scissors, but smaller scissors will also work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Permanent marker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Small box of pins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">15\u00d724 inch (40\u00d760 cm) non-slip rug pad gripper, alternatively bubble wrap<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">15\u00d724 inch (40\u00d760 cm) cotton sheet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">55\u00d775 inch (140\u00d7190 cm) non-slip rug pad gripper with small holes to roll the felt in. Alternatively, bubble wrap will also work (small\/medium bubbles)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">55\u00d755 inch (140\u00d7140 cm) cotton sheet (synthetic fabric won&#8217;t work, but used old cotton\/flannel sheets will do.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">1 pool noodle (full length).
