We have created a webpage with Registration Instructions comprised of screenshots of the registration process. The process is complicated. Please review this information prior to registering: the 5 to 10 minutes you spend looking over the screenshots and instructions could save you hours of frustration.
If you preregistered, see your email confirmation from “Conference Registrar events@rsvpbook.com”. It includes a link to view your preregistration information, and from there you can click a link to edit and complete your registration without using a password.
The registration system will open at noon (12:00 pm PST) on Tuesday, January 21. You can purchase workshops and the conference package which includes 3 seminars and all 3 evening events.
We are encouraging everyone to use the planning worksheet to plan their schedule for the week. This will save you time on the day you register between January 21 and March 23.
When you are registering the system will give you 15 minutes to complete your registration. If you want to keep your session active, click the “Calculate Order” button at the end of the form to keep it going (the system will generate a spinning circle each time you “calculate” and send you back to the top of the form as it updates). If the “Calculate Order” button is flashing, this means you have one or more errors. Review your registration from the top, looking for flashing error messages to correct. Please be sure to click on the “Submit Registration” button at the bottom of the page.
We have enabled waitlists on the seminars and workshops. You may register for 3 seminars and waitlist others. If you’re on the waitlist and a space opens up, the registrars will contact you.
After registering you will receive an email confirmation from Conference Registrar events@rsvpbook.com. It includes a link to view your complete confirmation, and from there you can click a link to edit your registration without using a password. Check your junk or spam folders as this new email address may have landed there. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the registrars.
The charge to your credit/debit card will be identified as ANWG Conference and will be processed by PayPal. See Credit Card Payments and PayPal for more information. If you’re repeatedly getting a screen that prevents you from paying, try clearing your cache or switching your browser and try again.
If you did not preregister and do not have a Confirmation Email from Conference Registrar events@rsvpbook.com click here to REGISTER.
As the conference registrars we’re new to this and it’s possible we’ve made mistakes in setting up the online registration system.
