Description: I was introduced to Draw loom weaving in 2011, in workshops with Joanne Hall and Madelyn van der Hoogt, followed by acquiring a Glimakra standard loom with 20-shaft drawloom attachment. This piece is one of a series, created while pursuing my goals in the practice of warp painting and ikat resist with natural dyes and weaving personally meaningful imagery into cloth, using traditional draw loom technology.
