Optional pre-registration for the conference is available through January 15 to enter your personal information and sign up for activities and meetings. This is for people who want a preview of the registration system.\u00a0 The entire system will be unavailable on Monday, January 16.\u00a0 REGISTRATION OPENS TUESDAY, JANUARY 17 AT 7:00 AM PST.\u00a0 Tuesday you can go back into your registration from your confirmation email link and purchase workshops and the conference package.<\/p>\n

We have created a very detailed look at what the registration screens are here: Registration Details<\/a>\u00a0 please review this before pre-registering or registering next week.<\/p>\n

The a la carte registration period where you can purchase an evening event, seminar, and any remaining workshop seats begins March 27.\u00a0 The registration system will be closed from March 20-26.<\/p>\n

Lodging<\/strong><\/p>\n

Riverhouse<\/strong> \u2013Rooms for several days of the conference week are almost sold out. We are trying to get more rooms added to our room block. In the meantime, there are rooms available but the website isn\u2019t showing them correctly. You will need to call the Riverhouse, tell them you want to book a room in the 2023 ANWG Conference room block and they will tell you what is available for your length of stay.\u00a0Riverhouse<\/strong> Front Desk \u2013 (541)-389-3111, press option 5.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Red Lion<\/strong>\u2014Rooms are almost sold out.\u00a0 We are trying to add more rooms to our room block soon.\u00a0 Please call the Red Lion and ask about room availability for the length of your stay.\u00a0 Front Desk (541) 388-4114. <\/strong>Please reference the 2023 ANWG Conference room block.<\/p>\n

The Element Hotel has rooms available \u2013 Element Reservations<\/a>\u00a0 This is where Linda Kubik\u2019s sewing with handwoven fabric workshops will be held.\u00a0 It is 1.3 miles south of the Riverhouse Convention Center, close to downtown shops and restaurants.<\/p>\n

There are many hotels, motels, and vacation rentals in Bend.\u00a0 A listing of options within a 5 mile radius will be posted on the conference website soon and is included below.\u00a0 We encourage you to arrange for lodging soon as the summer season in Bend is very busy with events and tourists.<\/p>\n
