Workshops, Seminars, Dates to Remember
Did you purchase a conference package that includes 3 seminars?  Don’t forget that you can purchase a 4th seminar during the on-going a la carte registration period that ends May 22. Book now for the best choice in seminars as we have many that only have 1-2 seats available.
Weavers, dyers, and spinners will find a wealth of information in these 3-hour seminars:
- Oregon Flax & Linen: Then & Now – Learn from 3 experts on the subject about the fascinating importance of flax and linen in Oregon history, and the current revival of the industry.
- Color Theory From the Fringe – As the owner of Lunatic Fringe yarns, Michele Belson is a color expert with yarns and fibers.
- Crimp Cloth Primer – Diane Totten will share her exploration of various yarns and methods for creating beautiful bumpy fabrics.
- The Mushroom Color Atlas – Julie Beeler will share her creation of the dyers color atlas from mushrooms. Every hue in the spectrum is possible!
- Fiber-Yarn-Fabric – Spinners don’t miss this hands-on exploration of natural fibers with Linda Kubik.
Workshops are filling fast. Don’t hesitate and miss out on this opportunity to learn a new fiber art or technique that can bring you years of enjoyment, playing and experimenting.
Whether it is a new weave structure for you, expanding your understanding of a known weave structure, learning a new dye technique, a new spinning technique, it all adds up to wonderful opportunities to expand your horizons and give yourself the joy of learning. Very few seats available in these workshops:
