Show Entry Deadlines May 1, Updates, Classes Available
There is still time to enter the Conference Shows!
Open Show Please consider entering this non-juried, no-cost-to-enter show. You have until May 1 to enter your item information into the online form. You may either mail your entry (information is on the entry form), or you may drop it off with a paper copy of your entry at the conference by 5 PM on Wednesday, June 14. The show will be open on Thursday at noon and there will be 3 people’s choice awards, so you could win a wonderful handwoven award ribbon and MONEY!!!
Juried Show Entries in the Fiber Connections juried show will be judged by our juror and conference instructor, Susan Wilson. Receive constructive comments, and possibly an award in one of the 25 exhibit categories covering weaving, spinning, felting, dyeing, tapestry, basketry, and other fiber arts.
Fashion Show Join in the Saturday evening fashion show with one of your garment or accessory creations. You can model it yourself, ask a friend, or a volunteer model will be provided. Our juror is Dianne Totten and awards will be given in 14 categories. The fashion show narrator will be Jannie Taylor. A fashion show finale will be the Noh coat parade. Don’t miss this event and dessert reception Saturday, June 17.
Conference Colors Exhibit Five awards will be presented to winners in the Conference Colors Exhibit. Lots of wonderful weaving, spinning, dyeing and felting is happening in conference colors right now! Enter your piece and see if you win.

A new personalized calendar feature has been created by Dan Steves, our Web Administrator. You can check the items you’re attending during conference week and receive an email listing your schedule. Try it out!
Zoom seminar sales are now open for the 4 virtual events on Friday and Saturday. If you can’t make it to Bend this June, you can still participate in the conference with these wonderful seminar offerings from Stacey Harvey-Brown in France, Cally Booker in the UK, Denise Kovnat in New York, and Jane Stafford in Canada. Purchase zoom seminars in the registration system. Jane Stafford’s School of Weaving Meet up on Saturday afternoon is free for those in the room in Bend and those on Zoom. Register online.
New Keynote Address ticket option. If you want to attend Jeanne Carver’s Keynote Address on Friday night and skip the banquet, you can now purchase a ticket for $25. Access to the Riverhouse Convention Center ballroom will be at 7 PM, June 16. Register online.
