Important Notices: Registration for Workshops and Seminars
Ginger Kaldenbach, Education Co-chair
Have you been thinking about coming to the ANWG conference but haven’t yet signed up for workshops and seminars?
Last Call for these 3 . . .
There is one workshop and two seminars that are at risk of being cancelled unless there are more students signed up by 9 pm PDT, Tuesday, April 4th. So now is the last chance to register for the following classes:
Workshop
- Cedar Crossbark – 2-day basket-making with Polly Adams Sutton
Seminars
- Ethnic Spinning: Slides from Norman Kennedy’s Scrapbook – with Melissa Weaver Dunning
Virtual Seminars (virtual at conference, also via Zoom for remote access)
- What’s sprang, and What can you do with it? – with Carol James
- Weavers of Sabahar – with Jane Stafford. We need more of Jane’s fans and students to take part in her seminar and meet-up either at the conference or via the Zoom option. The seminar is only $20 on Zoom, and the School of Weaving Meet-up is free both in person and via Zoom. These are not being cancelled; we’d just like more of you to join in the fun with Jane.
Announcing special registration close dates for these 8 Weaving Workshops . . .
Registration will close for these 8 weaving workshops earlier than the May 22nd end of conference registration. The earlier dates provide students with sufficient time to prepare their looms for the workshops.
