Feb. 14 Conference News and Updates
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Registration will open again on Wed. Feb. 15 at 7 AM, PST. We apologize for any inconvenience with our unexpected difficulties in the credit card processing system. We have worked diligently to correct the issues and will be able to reopen tomorrow.
A new feature in the workshop and seminar listings will be a notice “only 5 (4,3,2) seats left” to let you know that the class is almost full. We do have some workshops and seminars that are full, but there are still lots of seats left in most subject categories. We did contact the instructors and ask about increasing their maximums and were able to add more seats in the most popular classes. We appreciate our instructors being willing to add students where the facilities allowed.
A la Carte Registration Date Moved Up to March 27 from April 11. You will be able to purchase individual seminars, evening event tickets, and all remaining workshop seats beginning Monday, March 27, 7 AM. The Conference Package option will no longer be available for sale after March 19. The Package pricing at $395 is a $70 discount over the individual ticket prices for 3 seminars and the 3 evening events at $465. The registration system no longer has the ability to save partial registrations. We recommend entering all of the required personal information and saving that by registering, and then return to the system to make your selections and pay for them.

Marketplace Vendor Hall: We still have space available for a few more fiber arts vendors. If you have a recommendation for a vendor, please contact Charlene Virts with their contact information. You can tell your favorite vendors that you would love to shop with them at the conference.
