I’ve been weaving for more than 40 years. I love weaving traditional pieces of overshot and twill including coverlets. I also love to explore the more current trends like network drafted designs, echo drafts, and 4 color doubleweave. The topic for my Certificate of Excellence in 2006 was “16-Shaft Advancing Twill”, so you know I love structure! The pursuit of curves and circles is my current obsession. Cotton is always my go to material for weaving. My first projects were cotton and I still love the utility and versatility of cotton. I have written for Weaver’s Magazine, Handwoven Magazine, Spin off and Shuttle, Spindle and Dyepot.
