The Conference Guild Liaison Chair is Dorald Stoltz of Salem Fiberarts Guild. She will be your contact for reserving a guild booth space at our Riverhouse Convention Center venue in Bend, Oregon. Save the dates, June 11-18, 2023, for a fun-filled week of workshops and events. Dorald will answer any questions you might have regarding the booths. Here is some basic information:
- The 2023 ANWG Conference will be offering guild booth spaces on a first-come first-reserved basis. We have reservations for 17 booths. The standard booth setup is without charge.
- Booth size will be 8′ high and 10’ x 10’ with pipe and light drape. We will provide an 8-foot table for each booth. If you need more tables, we can procure them but there will be a $10 charge.
- Electricity is available for $30, so plan accordingly as you design your display. The room where the booths will be is very brightly lit.
- The conference theme, “Fiber Connections,” is the guild booth theme as well as the theme for all the exhibits.
- The guild booth display will be in the lower level Exhibit Hall at the Riverhouse Convention Center in Bend, Oregon.
- The booth reservation form is available below. Please complete it with all the information requested. Dorald and her committee will assign booth spaces once we’ve determined how many booths there will be.

Pay Fees for Electricity and Extra Tables
You can pay the fees for electricity and extra tables here using PayPal or a credit card. Remember, electricity is $30, and extra tables are $10 each. Each booth will come with an 8′ x 30″ table. If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to Weaving Guilds of Oregon (spelled out) and send to Dorald Stoltz. In the notation line of the check please put 2023 Conference guild booth and your guild’s name.
